I didn't answer the phone the second time he called, so a co-worker got to talk to him. Unfortunately, though, we're still looking for the information he wanted, but I can't think of anywhere else to check. Unanswered reference questions bother me. You know, I'm impressed that, at 92, he had the werewithal to call the reference desk at the library, even if he didn't leave a call back number.
