Staff took some time to adjust, but now that we have the hang of it, we rarely have problems. And I can't emphasize enough how open and accommodating the staff of Plymouth Rocket is - we've asked for quite a few customizations, and they are always extremely responsive when we have questions. @Cara: On the whole, it has worked well.
