		<description>Thanks guys - but I don't think of it as patience.  It's just the way this job is, you know?  The real challenge is in trying to get enough information from the patron to answer their question.

And sometimes, it's better to not even try to figure out why someone wants something.</description>

		<description>Wow, yeah, I really admire your patience.  I am more curious about why someone would care that much about how much snow fell while they were away.

Crazy.  I am really glad I work in an academic library.  I am less likely to encounter questions like that.</description>
