Thank you for reminding me of that particular unpleasantness.

I totally know what you mean about patrons getting frustrated with online applications, especially ones that don’t let you save as you go or export your application to a file.

Then there’s the added step of setting up an email address for patrons who don’t have one but the job app needs one.

Sometimes librarians could use time in a bottle to be released when needed
