But some of these tips will apply if you need to call the tech support of a vendor or company, too (which, again, is sometimes a luxury).

And knowing small libraries are in this pinch makes me feel guilty sometimes about have tech staff here to call on.  Is there anything we can do to help libraries like yours?]]></description>
