		<description><![CDATA[These are my favorite kind of reference questions, simply because when you find the answer it is very gratifying (although you can have a &quot;I can&#039;t believe I didn&#039;t check that first!&quot; moment like you did; trust me, been there, done that!).  And when you don&#039;t find the answer, very rarely is the patron mad.  More often than not, they&#039;re just appreciative you took the time to try.  Also, I bloody love Amazon for its search-ability in instances just like this.]]></description>
