We have a lot of part-time staff at my library, so schedules end up being bits and pieces here and there around peoples’ lives. Also too, my library is unionized, so existing staff shifted their schedules so as to work hours that were most optimal for them, and this is what remained for new people to fill. Hopefully a nights-and-weekend job will be just what someone is looking for.
