		<description><![CDATA[We had a consulting firm come in and work with us on adjusting our new HVAC system. They had sensors that measured temperature, humidity, and VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds). The VOC levels were triggered by odors -- good ones and bad ones (no discerning between perfume and popcorn). So if your patron could measure VOCs in the breakroom, she&#039;d know how strong the smells were at a given time!]]></description>
